In our first gathering since the election, we met on Sunday morning (Portland time) to explore the Sacred and what it means to have time for ourselves, for imagination and creativity, for nature, and for true connection with others.

How does synchronicity appear when we hone our awareness in this way?

How is the experience of meaning enhanced, even in the face of the daily news cycle?

A Workshop Recap:

  • My simultaneous experience over this last month of grief and the divine: timeless presence and interconnectedness.

  • Questions about how this time might help us to refine our relationship to what is most important in life and on our journeys.

  • Readings:

  • Two short guided exercises to connect with:

    • The body and breath

    • The deep Self

  • Journaling:

    • Four specific areas of reflection to guide the creation of Sacred Spaces in our own lives.

  • Beautiful community sharing. Thank you.
