I had the pleasure of attending your wonderful lecture in Brunswick last Friday and want to thank you for such a vibrant, painstaking and nuanced presentation. What an extraordinary life story and glimpse into the complex social dynamics surrounding Jung’s practice at the time! Your commitment to recovering and properly appreciating CM’s legacy is inspiring, sorely needed, and magnanimous. Bravo!

Wow! I just took a good look at the images and writing you included here, I am astounded at CM's depth and the symbols depicted in her paintings that were boiling up from within. It leaves me thirsting for more. Thank you for unearthing this material and bringing it to the community!

Satya - thank you for this beautiful share of a woman whose voice was almost lost. I'm listening to Quarterlife as an audiobook (early into it). It's important for younger people to understand what they desire - striving or the search for a meaningful life. I'm grateful you're here in Portland! Do you have signed copies of your book?

I can sign a book and send it to you — send me an email? Or I’ll be at UpUp Books with Emma Gannon in town next Wednesday and can sign a book for you there!

Hi Satya - thanks for reminding me about the event at UpUp! I bought a ticket weeks ago. I'll buy the book then and have you sign it for me. It's for my daughter-in-law and son. I'll see you then! You're doing a terrific job with your launch. Did you read this article about marathon running and the quarter-life crisis?

Ha ha - I saw that as I read it and was embarrassed. I'd seen it and thought of you:) See you this week. I'm coming with Dee Wise, a former neighbor of yours.

I want to make sure you and Dee know that the event tonight has been cancelled. I'm learning that they didn't send an email to let ticket holders know. I'm sorry to not be able to see you! Send me an email and we'll figure out how to get you a book.

Hi Satya - yes, we did get the message. Thanks for checking.

During the iChing course you offered with Elise, I drew leaving Treading Carefully as we left 2023. Seems to be true for me.

I heard that John’s gospel was written using active imagination?

What a beautiful story! It seems like Christiana’s intellectual curiosity was far ahead of her time. So many women I know have this same desire to turn inward, go deeper, and explore their own mind. Her level of curiosity feels essentially “normal” these days. Thanks for teaching us about her!

I was in Brunswick for your stunningly beautiful and powerful lecture and workshop. I came away revved up, angry, and wishing to get involved in resurrecting the legacy of this amazing woman. You articulated precisely the dilemma I have had engaging with the Visions seminars—alternating between fascinated excitement, and anger at Jung’s misses.
