Need Some Down Time?
An upcoming five-day retreat may be just what you need
When Elise Loehnen and I identified the theme for our upcoming retreat at The Omega Institute, we did so based on the knowledge that so many people are feeling worn down by the events of the world and life. Most of us are being asked to hold more than we ever thought we could at once.
The world is coming at us like a firehouse, and the result is not just overwhelm, but a kind of spiritual and existential depletion.
We titled our five-day workshop “Tapping Into What Wants to Come Through You” as an honoring of the journey of individuation in these times.
What is Soul seeking for your rebirth in this massive transformation, and how does that rebirth fuel the whole?
May 25-29th | Rhinebeck, NY
Omega is a magical place for retreats, with a lake, extensive gardens, and a Sanctuary space tucked into the trees.
We’ll have sessions together each day of the retreat to explore our individual stories and what is being asked of us right now.
But the schedule has room.
There’s ample time for wandering in the gardens, kayaking on the lake, a massage treatment, and long dinners.
There’s time to soak up the sunshine in the afternoon and watch the sun set in the evening.
There is so much to explore, inside and out.
We’d love to have you.

Beyond excited, I’m at peak exhaustion and have been trying to get myself to Omega for years. Excited to see you in person!
Looking forward to being there!
